Dr. Novek is a preferred provider for Tricare/International SOS, as well as for most major US Insurance plans (AFSPA, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, GEHA, and others). Both of his clinics are also Tricare approved. However, due to staffing difficulties and privacy laws, he cannot file your bills directly. You need to pay in advance for any services at either clinic, and you will receive a complete bill that may be submitted directly to your insurance company for reimbursement. Tricare patients who are referred for specialty care may not need to pay in advance: please check with the Tricare Referral office on base before scheduling your appointment.

Please remember that by Italian law, you should always receive a legal bill for any medical care that you receive here. You should never see a health care provider without receiving a valid bill for you to submit to your insurance company.
